CVT Repairs & Services at The Gearbox Centre Devon in Torquay

CVT gearboxes operate under constant load, smoothly adjusting drive ratios without stepped changes.

While this provides refined driving comfort, it also means fluid condition, pressure control, and heat regulation must remain precisely balanced.

Serving customers across Devon and Cornwall, The Gearbox Centre Devon in Torquay offers professional CVT servicing and repair solutions tailored to the specific demands of these transmissions.  Common faults include slipping, overheating, slow response, transmission warnings, and reduced fuel efficiency.

Our CVT servicing process focuses on correcting fluid degradation, pressure instability, and thermal imbalance.  Where necessary, targeted CVT repairs are carried out on internal control systems, pulley mechanisms, solenoids, and electronic management components.

By combining detailed diagnosis with correct-specification servicing and precision repairs, we help Devon and Cornwall drivers avoid costly transmission failure while maintaining smooth, consistent performance.
