Very helpful and friendly service from the staff working here. My gearstick literally stuck in third gear whilst driving to work one morning. Having been towed here by the AA (be aware the garage is located in a narrow-ish road) that is blocked-off at one end, so the road's entrance is literally its exit as well.
A slightly bizarre booking-in system is in place though. Once you have left your car and your contact details, you then have to log your info via their website in order to create your 'job'. Without this, your car might well be physically at the garage, but it can't be looked at until you have verified it is online. Once logged though, you are kept regularly up-to-date with what diagnosis and options. In my case a replacement gearbox and clutch was required. Obviously not cheap, but less expensive than I was expecting. Booked in on the Monday, ready to collect on the Friday. Fantastic service!
